If you have an extreme emergency (ie rain/plumbing leak, no heat, total loss of power) please call the warranty office at 678/509-0520 for the Atlanta area and 706/993-1221 for the Augusta/Aiken area and leave a detailed message which includes your street address and a current contact telephone. If this is a non-emergency warranty repair request, please list on the forms provided at closing to be scheduled during your 2 month and/or 10 month warranty appointment. If you do not have an extreme emergency but a situation which may compromise the safety and functionality of your home by waiting for your 2/10 month visit, please submit your request through our website www.crownga.com and select the warranty tab.
